The HUDOC case-law database of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has a new updated interface. It not only looks different, the search option has really been improved with the possibility to quickly refine (in combination) on language, violated article, keyword, importance and more.
Furthermore, it is now possible to perform a search and receive updates by RSS and to hyperlink to a specific case.
The HUDOC database provides access to the case-law of the ECHR (Grand Chamber, Chamber and Committee judgements, decisions, communicated cases, advisory opinions and legal summaries from the Case-Law Information Note), the European Commission of Human Rights (decisions and reports) and the Committee of Ministers (resolutions).
An elaborate manual (contents, how to search, viewing documents) can be found here.
For more information about Decisions and Judgements and Case-law analysis, please refer to the section Case-law on the ECHR website.
