The Dag Hammarskjöld Library has launched several new research guides to mark the 60th anniversary of Dag Hammarskjöld's appointment as Secretary-General of the United Nations.

The UN Documentation Research Guide provides an overview of selected UN documents, publications, databases and websites. Particularly useful are the links to more information about UN Document Symbols, Reports and Resolutions & Decisions. There are also overviews of documents by UN body and by subject.

♦  UN Resources offers an overview of information and documentation resources made available by the various entities across the United Nations System such as FAO, IAEA, ILO, IMF and UNCITRAL. It is also possible to browse by theme.

Since these guides were made to honour the anniversary Dag Hammarsköld's appointment as Secretary-General, there is also a new guide dedicated to his life and career.

More UN research guides can be found on the Dag Hammarskjöld Library's website.
