The number of open access journals is growing rapidly, but it can be difficult to find them. There is a variety of initiatives to make this easier, one of which is the Law Review Commons.

The Law Review Commons is a portal for open access legal scholarship containing over 75,000 articles from open access law reviews. It contains current issues as well as archival content (spanning over 100 years) of many of the leading U.S. law reviews such as the Duke Law Journal, the California Law Review and the Fordham Law Review.
Browse the law reviews by subject or by title to get an overview of all available content or use the search bar to search the law reviews full-text. Use advanced search to limit your searches to specific fields, e.g. Author, Abstract or Institution.

Law Review Commons is part of the Digital Commons Network, an institutional repository platform that provides open access to scholarly works from hundreds of universities, in various academic fields. The Digital Commons Network includes peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, working papers and other research. Use the Discipline Wheel to open a Commons page for a particular academic discipline, for example Law Commons.
